Is that just the album cover or the sigles cover for month of may and the suburbs.

It's the album cover. The Month of May 12" is likely to not have any artwork. Just a sleeve.

Anyone else having trouble pre-ordering using Visa? I've tried multiple times, says my card is getting rejected (which doesn't make any sense)...
