I feel hugging someone for a really long period of time. Arcade Fire are back! This sounds almost too amazing for my own good. If that's possible. The lyrics to The Suburbs are just incredible. Got me from the 1st listen. Month of May is just such a great, great rock song.
It's nice to be reminded why you hold them in the highest esteem. Just saying.

The National's new album is called "High Violet" and is out May 11. I've had some reliable info come my way this is a contender for album of the year. All this makes me unnervingly happy.
Joanna Newsom has a new album, 3 discs(!), named 'Have One On Me' coming out on the 23rd of this month. The lovely song '81 below is the first taster off the new record and if most tracks are of this quality I'll be most pleased.
